Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the 35dg online platform, accessible at https://35dg.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the site. The Terms govern your access to and use of all 35dg services including, but not limited to, online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slots, arcade games, and the 35dg cashier.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the 35dg platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

35dg reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes that significantly affect your rights will be communicated via your registered email address where reasonably practicable.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 35dg platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are accessing the 35dg platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 35dg platform or any connected platform.
• You have not previously had a 35dg account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 35dg employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

35dg reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during any ongoing account review. Accepted documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Age and identity verification is a mandatory step before any withdrawal can be approved.

Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18, will be closed without notice. All deposits made to the account will be refunded to the original payment source where technically possible, but any winnings accumulated will be voided in full.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 35dg platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, using the same or different payment methods, or using different device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, email address, and any payment method details linked to your account. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35dg login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 35dg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not store your password in an unencrypted format on any shared or public device.
• Log out of your 35dg session on any device that is not exclusively yours.
• Report any suspicious account activity to [email protected] without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

35dg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of verification: a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and payment method verification documents (for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad wallet used for deposits). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

35dg supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the 35dg platform must be conducted using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Payments from third-party sources — including friends, family members, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your 35dg account balance in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• 35dg does not charge a fee on deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider on your end are the responsibility of the account holder.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to the same account, in line with standard anti-money-laundering procedures.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 45 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
• 35dg reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal. This is a security measure designed to protect the account holder.
• Withdrawals may not be processed if there are unresolved bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Currency

All transactions on the 35dg platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka. No currency conversion is applied to local payment method transactions. Visa and Mastercard transactions may incur currency conversion fees applied by the card issuer if the underlying card account is held in a foreign currency — 35dg is not responsible for such fees.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

35dg offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses that expire before the wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• 35dg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 35dg account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and are designed to extend gameplay. They should not be treated as a guaranteed form of income or a reliable way to meet wagering requirements at zero risk.
• 35dg reserves the right to decline a bonus request or revoke a bonus already credited if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing contradictory bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hunting"), or any other activity that 35dg determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute an abuse of the bonus system.

Deposit Bonuses

Deposit match bonuses are calculated as a percentage of the qualifying deposit amount, up to the maximum stated in the offer. The bonus amount is credited to the player's account in a designated bonus balance and becomes available for withdrawal only after the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be issued on specified slot titles only. The value per free spin, the game(s) on which the spins are valid, and the wagering requirement applied to free-spin winnings will be stated in the promotion details. Free spins expire if not used within the validity period stated.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and betting products available on the 35dg platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the specific rules set by its provider, which are accessible within the individual game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game they choose to play.

All random number generator (RNG) games available in the 35dg lobby are certified for fairness by the respective game providers. The outcome of each round is determined independently of previous rounds and independently of the platform operator. 35dg does not influence the outcome of any RNG game.

Sports Betting & Cricket

Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international tournaments). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 35dg's trading team, made in good faith based on available official information, is final.

• Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted at 35dg's discretion as in-play bets at the live odds displayed at the time of placement.
• 35dg reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market may apply and will be communicated in the betting interface where applicable.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available for a specific market.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet, 35dg's system will attempt to complete the round or settle the bet based on the game state at the time of disconnection, using the recorded session data. Where this is not technically possible, bets that were not settled prior to disconnection may be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance. 35dg is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 35dg platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in the matter being referred to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund a 35dg account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with 35dg support. Chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one registered 35dg account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or impersonating another individual.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players in live casino games or any other format in a way that manipulates the outcome or exploits other participants.
• Exploiting software errors: Intentionally taking advantage of a bug, glitch, or technical error in the platform to generate winnings. Any winnings generated from a known software error will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the 35dg platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication channels to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or 35dg staff members.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access the source code or back-end systems of the 35dg platform.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

35dg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with 35dg support.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Player-requested self-exclusion (see Responsible Gaming policy).
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 35dg account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before closure, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be removed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity verification. Accounts closed voluntarily may not be reopened without a formal review by the 35dg support team.

Limitation of Liability

35dg is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the 35dg platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 35dg does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times, and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the 35dg platform shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. 35dg aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 working days.
